Cate Blanchett’s ageless fashion sense

spot_img

Cate Blanchett is arguably Australia’s most famous female celebrity, having been involved in an exhaustive list of films and stage performances. She is loved and admired by multiple generations of people around the world and is someone all Australians can be proud of.

However, despite getting older Cate has always managed to look fabulous in whatever she is wearing. While part of this is no doubt due to her natural beauty and charm, she also has a keen fashion sense.

She always manages to look both elegant and graceful no matter what ensemble she is inhabiting at any given time. She is almost otherworldly in her beauty and grace, and truly inhabits the persona of a queen (even though she would be too humble to take on that title). She is a great example that women can look stunning and sexy well past their 30’s, and she always makes an impact on her style choices while also just having fun and enjoying life.

Her catalogue of red carpet gowns has managed to draw attention to each and every time she steps out of the limousine. And many of her choices are anything but ‘safe’, being very bold and eye-catching.

It is perhaps Cate’s effortless charm and attractiveness that allows her to get away with outfit choices other female stars would not. She does not seem to be focused on impressing people, but she manages it, each and every time.

She is also known for tastefully re-appropriating elements of outfits. Where others would not dare be seen in the same thing (they can afford to wear something new every time), Cate embraces the practicality of re-using something that’s worked before. This makes her very relatable to many women who can’t afford to have a new stunning outfit every time they go out.
